Sausage Museum.

It is a handmade sausage manufacturing company that has been in operation for 40 years. From the beginning until today, these sausages are made with meat from our own livestock, where pigs are fed with cereals from the Cordoban countryside (corn, soy, barley, chickpeas), making them entirely natural products.

We offer a wide variety of gluten-free and lactose-free sausages.

Our hams undergo natural curing, as we cure them in Sierra Nevada, at an altitude of 1,700 meters, where no artificial ventilation is needed.

Our Sausage Museum is open from October 12 to January 6 during each Christmas season, where, in addition to seeing a wide variety of antique items and tools used throughout the history of our company, you can also see the attractions prepared each season, such as:

  • Year 2013: The World's Longest Salami, with a diameter of 210 meters, in a single piece and stuffed in a collagen fiber casing.
  • Year 2014: The Chorizo Christmas Tree, 3 meters high and decorated with chorizos, salamis, white blood sausages, onion blood sausages, carnival-filled, all entirely real.
  • Year 2015: The World's Largest Salami, with a diameter of 50 centimeters, a length of 5 meters, and a weight of 480 kilograms, in a single piece and stuffed in a collagen fiber casing.
  • Year 2016: The World's Largest Chorizo, with a diameter of 30 centimeters, a length of 6 meters, and a weight of 120 kilograms, in a single piece and stuffed in a collagen fiber casing.

Open on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays during the months of October, November, and December.
